Hello,
when I use export selection in graphic tool, I have a problem with eps files.
The stems are misaligned.
The ledger lines are too long
I post a screen capture

The problem with Finale created EPS files is well known.
Hopefully MakeMusic will soon bring a fix for this problem since it is most relevant for professional engravers.
Meanwhile, try some workarounds (using third party software, not solely Finale):
“Print” the Finale document to a PDF file (but do not use Finale’s own PDF export feature).
In many cases you can use a PDF instead of an EPS.
You can also convert a PDF to an EPS.
(convert to EPS with Illustrator or Acrobat if the publisher insists)
