Finale 2011, Windows. I'm trying to save to pdf so I can email my arrangement to a friend, but when I click on "Print" or Ctrl +P, I get a box saying "you don't have enough memory to complete this task." So I can't even get to the Print menu to select "Save as PDF". I've rebooted my computer, closed all other open windows + cleaned out temp files, but I'm not sure it really is a memory problem b/c it was working fine a few days ago and I haven't changed anything on my computer. Any ideas? Thank you!

Try exporting the file as XML and reimporting.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm still getting the same message "There is not enough memory...". I also tried copying and pasting the entire song into a new document but that also failed. So weird :(

As I suspected, it had nothing to do with my computer's memory. I just had to turn on another computer in my home and then it was fine. Phew. Thanks for your suggestion!
