New computer, no fonts

I just migrated to a new computer, but the music fonts did not. They show up in the Font Book, but when I go to set the default music font they are listed as Maestro(missing) and Petrucci doesn't show up at all

Please specify the steps you've already taken, so that we can rule out things.

Have you e. g.
- tried trashing your Finale Preferences file?
- rebooted?
- tested a brand new user account?
- cleared the font cache?
- re-installed the music fonts?

Searched for and didn't find Preferences file
Rebooted without success
new user account ????
can't find font cache
how does one install a music font? I found bupkis in help.

This is what I don't like about Mac. I am disconnected from the guts of the program and am just thrashing around.

Finally found how to install fonts in the Troubleshooting guide. Silly me searching in help.
