Hi!

We have recently installed a printer, Canon Advance DX C5850i.
The problem is that when I print, some of the noteheads are being replaced by Fortefortissimo marks (FFF)
Is there possibly a quick easy fix for that?

What happens if you make a PDF? If that's clean, then print from that.

Yes, I can make a PDF and that works, but it is not an optimal solution, just a quick fix.

It also gives an indication that problem is nearer the printer's end than Finale's.

I presume you're using the most up-to-date drivers? Are there any relevant settings about fonts or language protocols in the print options?

It seems that it is the font Maestro that causes the problem. If I change to Petrucci or Jazz font the problems disappear.

Does the problem occur with Maestro Wide?
