Your question is a bit unclear.
Please explain what you are trying to do.

Finale can export as MIDI (.mid format), thus enabling MIDI instruments to play the notes. This is done from the File menu.

Finale can export the visual as a graphic, either the entire page(s), or a selected area. Several grahics formats are available, am. o. EPS.
This is done from the Graphics Tool. Once exported as a graphic, the graphic can be converted to other formats, using third party software.

Finale 2004 can also export the sound as a .wav file.

In Finale versions before Finale 2004 there is only one way:
Save as a MIDI file, and use third party software to create an mp3 file from the MIDI file.

In Finale 2004 you can also save as a .wav file, and then use third party software to create an mp3 file from the .wav file.

Or, staying in the audio environment, not using the MIDI file conversion :
(the procedure is a bit heavier, but the copy will be faithful to the original) :
1) record what comes out of your sound output/module etc... onto any recording device (a DAT, minidisc, analog tape recorders or even another computer)
2) reinput this device into your computer, play your recording and record it now on the computer to get an aiff or wav file (several audio softwares will do the job)
3) then use third party software to convert the aiff or wav file into a mp3, as Peter suggested.
