Does anyone know an easy way to create a Bells Used Chart?

Other than using the Bell Choir Template in Finale 2003, has anyone found a desireably simple way to create a Bells Used Chart for your bell compositions? I tried using the Ossia function and a whole host of others, but I have yet to find something very straightforward that would not require hours of labor. Any comments would be very appreciated.

I can think of at least two other ways to do this:

1) Use the Resize tool to make the first system smaller (if desired), then use the Page Layout tool to center this system at the top of the page.

2) Create a Finale file of only one measure with the appropriate number of beats and not displaying a time signature. Put in the notes representing the bells used in the piece. Use the Graphics tool to export the system as an EPS or TIFF file. Import the EPS or TIFF file into the Finale document and place it at the top of the page.
