I inserted a blank page at the beginning of my Finale piece of music, and typed in title page stuff. The title page won't print. All other pages in the piece print, as well as other title pages in other pieces. Anybody know something about this problem? I am using Finale 2000c, Mac G4 system 9.2.page 1 won't print
