...and not possible to do in Finale (nor in Sibelius) is that you do not have the possibility of polymetric.
On big scores it is nice to have the empty bars completely away. It is possible. But the braces at the beginning of a system-line one have to edit (which is economically impossible and- when done- proportional not at all correct).
You cannot name common barlines (at more staffs) with different time signature-values.

Hasn't this changed? No way to create two (or more) different time signatures on two (or more) different staves yet in 2023?
