Hello,

This is more of a question than a "wishlist" item, but there isn't really another subforum that's more appropriate for this question.

Is there an Android app that has the capability of reading .mus files and .musx files?

Or, is there an Android app which would allow some sort of workaround (like converting .mus to .xml or something) that would allow me to at least view the Finale files on my Android phone?

Thanks,

Michael Murrin

The .MUS file format is proprietary to MakeMusic. They don't publish that format and don't produce Android or iOS apps. In their Feature Request Forum, there was a very clear response that no iOS app is planned. I would think that the same is valid for Android.

Save your files as MusicXML. There are some apps who claim to be able to read that.

I use PDF, as I use ForScore a lot.
