Hi!!
Some suggestions!!
1. Please make a button/shortcut: use last plugin function!! If you want to reuse plugins it saves clicks...!!
2. Allow vertical position change in time signatures (upper and lower) inside the staff style creation process. Like that if you need to use a different type of positioning in a different style.
3. The above could be as well useful as a bar attribute, as an independent element.
4. Update your shape creation window... It has been for long the same... On the notation level is the only thing that gives a clear advantage of Finale in front of the other notation programs in my opinion.
