enhancements

Probably echoing a lot that has been discussed here:
- Piano roll MIDI editor to replace the antiquated MIDI Tool
- Ability to fix the Toolbar in macOS to the top of the screen (probably a limitation of the OS but other apps seem to get around that), or at least the ability to hide tools I never use (the workaround of moving things to the right end and reducing the size of the palette is not reliable)
- Far more intuitive page layout; dragging systems should display guide lines and visible systems while moving to enable placement in sync with the previous page
- A good way to avoid vertical collisions of various elements
