Cakewalk INS Files

It would be really nice and time saving to be able to use or convert or import Cakewalk INS files into Finale instead of the older way of typing and typing and typing into the instrument list of the changing instruments that change for many songs. I know one can save these to file, but why not have INS files able to pop-up like the standard Midi pop-up list that comes with the program. What a time saver that would be!
