Wouldn´t it be great to have all palletesbutton in finale here in the forum?
Then someone explains something he/she could insert a button just as we can insert smiles. Instead of writing measuretool you could just insert the measuretoolbutton.

I´m new in this forum so I don´t know if it´s possible to do it right now. but I haven´t seen it yet.

Yes, it's a good idea, but is it legal?
I would suspect that MakeMusic owns the copyright for Finale's palette icons.
I think it would be wise to, first ask MakeMusic for permission to use the palette icons.
