Support Unicode fonts

I very often have lyrics in non-traditional languages and would like to include IPA to help performers. It would be amazingly helpful if the Lyrics tool supported Unicode fonts!

There are a couple of older versions of IPA fonts that are not Unicode. These work in Finale.

Evidently, to use Unicode, the Finale code would have to be almost completely rewritten, and MakeMusic has given no indication that this is a priority.
