Dotted quarternotes are played back with no dot

In a SATB score where all staves have the same rhythm:
If I choose 'None' from the Human Playback Menu all staves play back normally.
If I solo one of the staves in the Vienna Ensemble plugin the soloed stave plays back normally even when using a HP style.
How do I make all staves play back as they are written when using a HP style and all staves are audible (unmuted)?

I tried using the Kontakt 6 plugin as well as the ARIA Player and it's still the same. So it's not plugin related.
Seems as if a visit to the Finale Help Center is needed. I guess I need to change something in the playback settings.

Of course it could be because it's an older document that has been converted from previous versions, a couple of times maybe. Then there seems to be a lot of unexpected things that can happen.

Thanks for the suggestion, motet.
However no luck with that one either, it still sounds the same.

It plays back correctly. On the other hand it's only one staff in you score which doesn't seem to be a problem. The problem seems to be when several staves have the same rhythm.
I also got this dialog when opening the VST banks and effects to load instruments. Where can I find an update of the Aria Player and do I really need to update it? From what I understand the Aria Player is installed with Finale.

Strange, I don't have the issue at this moment.
I opened the document, copied the measure in question and pasted it into a new document. It plays back correctly with the Vienna Ensemble plugin. Then I went back to the original score and played it back, no issue there either.

Now the issue has returned, not in the new file though, only in the orignal one.
I'm not sure whether I pressed the play button the first time or if I just clicked in the score. Clicking in the score means no human playback is added. As you probably know one has to click the play button for HP styles to be included.
Is there a problem with the old original document then? After a while the playback cursor starts getting behind, not in sync with the score.

There are other playback issues I need to fix as well so I'm going to use my DAW for the playback instead of Finale.
Anyway, thanks motet for trying to help me figure it out!
