Is there a way to jump to a specified measure number (something akin to jumping to a specified line number in a text editor)?

Do you mean while you are working on the score? In scroll view, you can type the number of the measure I that little box at the lower right, and hit enter.
In page view you can use the same method to go to a page, but not a measure.

I haven't spent much time in Scroll View, so I hadn't noticed that. I couldn't find anything useful searching the manual either.
I was primarily interested in jumping to a specific measure while in Page View however.

No, that won't work. Jump to measure is Scroll View, only. However, most folk find that scroll view is better for input, and use the page view only when they are ready for the layout.

Agree completely with scroll view for entry; I use page view only at the last moment to see how it'll turn out on the page[s].miker wrote:No, that won't work. Jump to measure is Scroll View, only. If you've not tried, try it.
