Uncheck "Allow dotted rests in simple meters" in MIDI-Audio/Quantization Settings-More Settings, then use MIDI-Audio/Retranscribe.

No luck. See for example mm. 224 (1 mm. before RH 228a) in Trp. 1 and 2.

Watch for error messages. There is a 250Kb limit.
