Finale V25
ASUS Laptop
Windows 10 64 bit
FYI
I believe in my last post here concerning Finale Percussion Font, I mentioned deleting the symbols after printing a copy of the score.
I then managed to burn a CD of the piece only to find that it was STILL messed up, even tho I had removed the symbols from the score.
I had a few other versions of the score and burned a disc of them. Sad to say they too were messed up.
So. Even tho the score is clean on the computer, and it plays beautifully on the computer, every disc I burned is messed up.
I think my only option at this point is to uninstall Finale, reinstall it and see if that solves the problem. I have the feeling that I'll have to re-score the entire piece again.
Sadly yours,

Do NOT reinstall Finale. That would change NOTHING.
Nor should you have to rescore. You need to find out what went wrong.

Zuili,
Re: your suggestion to redraw the bass drum symbol>
I have 13 symbols in the score. Must they all be redrawn?

I'm up against a deadline of sorts.
To get my score published, I need to send the score and a CD of the score.
I have the score, with the symbols.
I don't have the CD since even tho the score plays OK on the computer,
it doesn't on a burned disc.
I need some help here and direction.
Thanks.
I am also going to contact Finale directly.

Try deleting them one at a time, until you find the problem. But start with the bass drum, since that's the one that Zuill identified as the possible culprit.Pierogiman wrote:And how do I know which ones are those that interfear?
