I searched the archives and received the ubiquitous "No suitable matches were found."
How does one enlarge sharps and flats in Chords? The Chord suffix is enlarged via
the Document Options. The "B" is larger. The "b" isn't.
It looks like this Bb.
What are the steps to change the accidental? I used the settings in Documents and
Setting but the the accidental stayed the same size.

Chord root accidentals are immediately affected by a font size change.
Accidentals in already existing chord suffixes are not affected until you edit the suffixes, e. g. via
Chord menu > Change Chord Suffix Fonts…

On a band template the accidentals in the chord symbols are the same size as the key signature ones. None of the things mentioned in this thread fix this issue. If anyone has other suggestions it would be welcome

Actually, changing both the alteration and the suffix fonts have been addressed here. Maybe you can post a file with specifics about what needs to be changed that the advice here hasn't covered.

In Jazz Font the sharps and flats increase with the size of the text (or whatever it's called). In Maestroguitarfitch wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2019 6:16 amOn a band template the accidentals in the chord symbols are the same size as the key signature ones.

the sharps and flats don't increase in size. I've gone to Document settings and nothing has helped to
fix this.
My Chord Symbols look like this Bb or this F#
It'd sure be cool if somebody would either show us how to do it or give us a link to where it's been
discussed. Anybody with an answer?

I'll answer the same way I did 2 years ago:
Document Options > Fonts > Chords > Alteration; change size there.
Additionally, in Document Options > Chords you can change the vertical position (baseline) of the alteration.
This is for the alteration of the chord root. Anotherwords, if you have Bbmi7(b5), it's for the first flat after the B. The second flat is part of the chord suffix, and that's a whole nother thing altogether.

The answers given and repeated here don't address the problem. A problem which I also encounter frequently. The problem is, specifically, that you can change the size of the 'C' or the 'B' but you can't change the size of the flat or sharp signs, which I find are always too small any way. I always end up erasing all the chord symbols and putting them in via text, but it's far from ideal.

The solution has been given here several times (for years)...
Document Options -> Fonts -> Chord -> Alteration. Set font.
Document Options -> Fonts -> Chord -> Alteration. Set font.
