Finale 26.5 Mac

I have upgraded to the newest version of finale but it keeps opening with an earlier version as default. How can I change the default version so it opens in the newest version?

In the Finder, click once on a Finale document, to select it.

Then, hit ⌘I to open the Info window.

At the bottom of the Info window you can specify, in what program the document should be opened, namely Finale v26.
There is also a button you can click, to tell Finder that all Finale documents (not just the one you selected) should be opened in Finale v26.
