Whenever I try to add an attachment it gets rejected for being too large a file. Just a simple file. Help!

What kind of file? If a Finale file, you might try running the file maintenance utility, but the limit here is pretty low.

I’m trying to add a photo that I took with my iphone of a chord chart to see if I can get some ideas on how to create something similar in Finale.

Miker is probably asking about the size of the image.

Since you're on a Mac, open the image in Preview. Then use Tools > Adjust Size to make the image smaller. That's probably the easiest way to lower the file size so you can upload it.

If all else fails, just open the photo on your computer and take a screenshot of a portion of it. Just enough so we get an idea of what you want to use as a model for your chord chart.
