Crash when moving newly created Expression

Quite often when moving a newly created expression in Page View, Finale will crash. The recovery system is good at retrieving the file but the crashing is a major pain. Is this a known issue? I did a search before posting and didn't find anything specific.

Crashing usually calls for deleting and recreating finale.ini.
