Moving tremolo bars?

In m. 12 of the attached, I don't understand the placement of the quarter-note tremolo bars—closer to the left stem than the right—and I also don't understand why there seems to be no way to center them. Can anyone help me figure out how to move them to the right so that they are centered? It just looks bad like this.

Mark,

I do not understand why you could not get the tremolo beams centered.

I could easily do it.

Thanks, Peter. Can you please explain how you did it? There was nothing I could do to get the beams to move, including expanding them, as you seem to have done.

Try unchecking "avoid accidentals on notes with stems". I think the flat on the E caused the extra gap on the right.
