Dear friends,
Help! I do not know how to notate this in Finale so that the half note is an E natural and the quarter note is an E flat. See attached photo. Thank you in advance!

Are you stuck with that notation? Could you use F-flat for the E?

This is how Dorico does it, in my opinion the correct way. Unlike Finale, no manual adjustments and nice spacing.

Gould (Behind Bars, p. 91) recommends the same solution as N. Grossingink.
