I extract individual parts from my score and then use those individual parts to export audio files. I then import those files into Pro Tools
All of those audio files, EXCEPT one, are exactly the same size/length . That one "rogue" audio file is slightly larger than the others, enough so that when I import the files into Pro Tools, that one individual instrument is no longer in sync with the rest.
Just to be clear, this is NOT a Pro Tools issue. That single errant file is slightly larger and longer (as verified by the Windows file manager) than the others. They were all extracted exactly the same way from a perfectly synchronized Finale score. The other extracted/exported files are spot on.
The strangest aspect is that the sync error happens somewhere in the middle of the audio file. The first half of the performance is aligned properly. The last one-third of the performance is also fine (I can edit that clip to slightly back into into sync). Something happens in the middle of that exported audio file. Consistently.
Any thoughts?

if you export your audio parts individually, then HumanPlayback will re-interpret them every time.
If you want to save parts in this manner, then you will either have to disable HumanPlayback completely or find the option to not randomize tempos.

Another approach is to use the Apply Human Playback feature in the MIDI tool. This hardwires the MIDI data, including tempo data, so that all the tracks should be the same length, and should sync up properly. When AHP is done, it gives you the option to set HP to None, which is what you want.

this will cause the same problem as the OP requires a solution to.
every time the file is replayed for a recording, HP will alter the rhythmic feel slightly, which means the audio tracks will not sync.
regardless of how the individual tracks are made, it will still require either turning off HP's ability to alter the tempo freely (humanizing) or the use of the "apply HP" option, which will set those slight alterations in stone.
