Any ideas why some lines are not playing at all?

Since you're using Noteperformer, you might want to mention that in your post. I can't be of any help, since I use GIfF. Maybe someone with Noteperformer can test this file. I did notice that your 2 vocal staves are Muted.

"When all is said and done, more is said than done."
"When all is said and done, more is said than done."
So I downloaded the file, and *something* plays back for every note on my system (fin 25/win 10/NP3, GPO, GIfF.)
However, the oboe patch wasn't loading, and NP3 was using the generic trumpet as a fall back. (Which I didn't notice for a a few secs because the NP3 oboe is suspiciously trumpet like to begin with.) When I peeked under the hood, I noticed that Np3 player showed all of your patches as being chosen from the player (theoretically overriding instructions from score manager), and that the oboe was overriding an *empty* channel.
If I had to guess, you started with an unrelated template, changed the sounds directly in NP3, and only later updated Score Manager. I'm not sure precisely why that would screw up your playback, but it seems logical.
In any case, try deleting all your instrument devices in score manager (change Noteperformer to None.) Save/close/reopen and then reassign sounds. I'd do that last step manually; there are only a few staves.
That should do the trick.
Good luck!
