Page Number Position

The page numbers in my document are default in the top left corner. Is there a simple way to have it flip to the right top corner w/o dragging each one manually?

If I understand your Forum Profile correctly, you have the “full Finale” - right?
Here are the steps for the “full Finale”:
Text Tool.
Handles appear on all text blocks.
Drag-select the handle on the text block with the Page Number.
Hold down Shift, and hit the Return key. *)
You get to the dialog box Frame Attributes where you can specify the text block’s Positioning.
*) You can also get there via the Text menu:
Text menu > Frame Attributes…
