How to hide clef change in score?
Moderators: Peter Thomsen, miker
I have cue notes in different clefs - but when I hide the cue notes (blank notation layer 4) I am left with clefs in the score in front of a blank measure or two. Is there command or a standard workaround for this I've overlooked? I'm hoping not to extract parts.

nvm - i found a way using staff styles that works. now if I could only explode layers on a linked part.

You can create a second staff style to hide clefs (you can apply it to the score only).
P.S.: I see you just found out about this yourself.
P.S. 2 : you can create separate parts per layer (Manage Parts -> New part, Edit Voicing...), but once they are created, some modifications appear to be impossible.
You can also, exceptionally, extract a part twice, delete the unnecessary layer but keep the cue notes. That's one way.
