Every single time I open up Finale, I get a message saying that 27.3 is available and asking if I'd like to download it. So every single time, I click on "Install Update", and then get an alert saying "Finale (Autoupdate).app" is damaged. So I move it to the trash, assuming that has fixed the problem, but the update never gets installed. I've been through this perhaps 8-10 times.

Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I would go to the MakeMusic website and download it explicitly.

I don't find the 27.3 update on their website. All I see is the download for v. 27, but not any updates.

I believe that the download is the most current version.

Also, I'd update to Ventura 13.1, which is now out, and has fixed quite a few bugs.

Mac bugs. I don't know whether any of them have a knock-on effect for Finale, though.
