Authorizing My New Laptop

Post by ewindels » Fri May 22, 2020 1:08 pm

Windows 7 Finale 2014.5.

The program won't let me authorize my new laptop, saying I've got too many devices on my account. I've searched through my account and can only find my Home PC, I can't find any other authorizations. MM's automatic email said it may be a week before they can respond. Any suggestions?

If you log in to your account at you can go to "Manage Authorizations" and it will show you the names of your authorizations, so you can de-authorize what you're not using any more.
