Jean-Martin,
Are you using Finale?
Or are you using another product from the Finale Notation family?
Is this a single instance, or is it a lot of measures in a big document?
Do you want an automatic solution, similar to the beaming option "Beam Four Eighth Notes Together in Common Time"?
A manual solution (Simple Entry Tool):
To join beam between two 16ths, select the 2nd 16th, and hit the / key (= the key next to the right Shift key).
This also works in the Speedy Entry Tool.
