problem with playback and key signature

I open a xml score in Finale2007. the key signature is Bb, it appear at the beginning. but when I make a playback, finale plays all b and e as natural.

I have tried to change de key signature, but it doesn't solve the problem.

My guess is that the notation is wrong, so I suggest that you use the utilities for checking the notation.

Are there any ties in the piece?
If there are, then you should begin by running the utility "Check Ties".

When you have checked the ties, run the utility "Check Accidentals".

Now any hidden accidentals should show up - and on the B's and E's you might see some naturals which you can correct manually.

(The order is important - you should run "Check Ties" before "Check Accidentals")

The conversion to MusicXML file doesn't correct errors in the original file.
Any errors in the original file will also be in the MusicXML file.

It might be wise to take a look at the repeat bars.
If there are missing repeat bars, you will have to add them manually - with the Repeat Tool.

And check whether there are missing measures somewhere in the piece.
