Can someone tell me where the button for "uploading files" for this forum is located?

If you have your own web site, you can upload the file there, and enter the URL to the file in your post here.

Thanks, Peter, for your response, however my host provided the following information: "Doteasy does not offer anonymous FTP access for client web hosting at this time." Is "anonymous FTP access" what you were referring to in your reply to my question?

Peter will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think access to a ftp is needed for other people.
If you have a web site, you can create a web page with the URL of the file embedded in it as a hyperlink. Both the page (html) and the file of course should be uploaded by you on your ftp server, but for the other people, typing the URL (http://www etc...) of the page in their browser will be the only thing to do to allow the download of your file.
